The Difference between an Independent Contractor and an Employee

One of the most basic questions about the employment relationship is whether a worker is an employee or an independent contractor. As with so many employment law issues, the answer is, "It depends”.

TSheets and Xero - Automate Billing, Payroll, and More

We have welcomed TSheets into the HPC firm process and as another great solution for our clients. Their new Xero integration presents new opportunities for many professional service firms and any business that needs to track time, bill time to customers, and pay their people for time worked.
